Installation Typical Installation: Units are sized for the maximum flow rate of the engine fuel pump or engine H.P. The Fuel Saver unit is typically installed after the fuel filter or the fuel return line. In this way the fuel circulates through the unit many times before it is combusted. If the unit will not fit in this area, it can be mounted remotely and plumbed to. The unit can be installed in the vertical (preferred) or horizontal position.
